Refund Policy always go an extra mile to make timely delivery in perfect condition; however, things may not always go as planned for perishable things like flowers and consumables like cakes.

We have few conditions for refunds please read the policy below-  will not be liable for any refunds in case of-

·         Incorrect addresses supplied by the sender- Flowers, cakes and other preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.

·         Unavailability of the recipient - Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being present at time/place of delivery at the address supplied by the sender. Read the complete policy below.

·         Delay caused to due change in address – The freshness or the flowers and cakes may decreased due to the extra time taken because of either an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or the change in the address supplied by the sender.

·          Improper handling by the recipient – Decrease in the product quality or other problems caused by inappropriate handling by the recipient. 

Special Case Delivery Policy

·         Delivery to Hospital- MyFlowers& will make delivery to the hospital as per their policies and procedures; most hospitals do not allow the flower delivery personnel to make the direct delivery further flowers are not allowed in the ICU. We request you to please check with the hospital beforehand. Make-sure you provide the correct details related to the hospital name and address, telephone number, the name of the recipient, room number or ward of the recipient.  will not be responsible for any decrease in quality or failure of the delivery.

·         Delivery to Hotels- Please make sure that you provide the precise Hotel Name, complete and correct address, hotel’s telephone number room number and name of travel agency if available. In case at the time of delivery if the recipient has not yet checked-in at the hotel, the delivery will be made at the reception and the order we will consider the successfully delivery. If the recipient has already checked-out of the hotel the order we will consider the successfully delivery and no refunds will be issued.

·         Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy – DeliveringatWedding Ceremonies or Marriage Halls is a tricky task, most of the times it’s not possible to meet the bride or the groom in case they are the recipient. However we will assure the delivery to the any responsible member of the recipient’s family and can also provide you the name and telephone number of that person.

·         Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises -  will make delivery to the hostels as per their policies and procedures; many a times the delivery staff is not allowed to meet the recipients in that case we can deliver to the security or concerned coordinator. However if the recipient can come to take the delivery at the gate will be happy to do so. In both the cases the order we will consider the successfully delivery. Please take due care to provide the correct – Name of the recipient, hostel name, hostel address, room number and phone number.


Unavailability of the Recipient Policy- In case of unavailability of the recipient, we will undertake the following steps for a successful delivery-

·         We call the recipient to re-schedule delivery as per their availability.

·         Drop a note at their door-step informing about our visit along with our contact details.

·         If we think appropriate we will place the gift bouquet in a secure area of their house like the porch, garage, or the entrance.

·         If possible leave the arrangement with the neighbor and Drop a note at their door-step informing the same.


Substitution Policy

Seldom may we have to replace or substitute the flowers or containers due to temporary or regional unavailability. However we will ensure to retain the style of arrangement, color scheme and theme of the order. We will make sure that the substituted items are equal or higher in value of the actual order. This right to substitute items of equal or higher value rests with
