Congratulations on your purchase! We deliver what we show! Each bouquet, cake and other gift items are delivered as promised. Learn more about our shipping and delivery policy-


·         SAME DAY DELIVERY- Most items can be delivered same day.  For guaranteed same-day delivery order before 5.00 pm IST. We work seven days a week- Sunday to Monday. Any orders after 5.00 pm IST will only be delivered the next day. * All same-day delivery orders ordered before 5.00 pm IST will be delivered till 9.00 pm IST.

·         GUARANTEE ON TIME DELIVERY- We ship in almost every city of India and try our best to ensure timely delivery; however that are few exceptions, we are unable to assure timely delivery in remote-rural areas, hospitals, hotels, military bases or cemeteries.

·         SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY & FIXED TIME DELIVERY- If you wish to receive the delivery at a particular time make sure you enter the details in the Special Instructions field during checkout. We required at least a gap of 3 hours between placing the order and time of delivery. 

*Please note that we cannot commit exact time for delivery; order will be delivered 15 minutes before or after as per selected time.

·         DELIVERY RECIEPT- Please make sure you retain the delivery receipt; it is your document of proof in case of any dispute.

·         During the festivals or major holidays we recommend you to place your order at least five days in advance for a guaranteed on-time delivery.

·         MID-NIGHT DELIVERIES – Is a special offer only for our customers located in India; the customers can be avail this facility at an extra cost. All midnight deliveries will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am on the requested delivery date. Please make sure that you choose the correct date of delivery; it should be the date one day before the before date of the occasion.

·         Please use "Track Your Order" to check the status of your order, you can also call the customer support at XXXXX to get the status of your order.

·         If you want to keep your name discreet or if it’s a surprise for the recipient please inform our customer service personnel beforehand.

·         We request you to provide landmarks around the delivery address to facilitate faster and smoother delivery.

Terms & Conditions

·         All deliveries will be made between 9 am to 9 pm on the given date; we are not committed to any fixed time for delivery either mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. * Except midnight deliveries.

·         The requested delivery dates and time is non-binding estimates only. The customers cannot claim for any delayed or early deliveries.

·         We at our discretion can make deliveries in installments; however the customers shall not be relieved from the obligation to accept and pay for the remaining deliveries. 

·         Our service providers may not call prior to the delivery. We cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

·         All products are deemed accepted once we delivery them to the designated recipient's address.

·         No delivery will be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstance.

·         Flowers, Cakes and other perishable products are sourced locally and hand delivered.

·         We do deliver on National Holidays and emergencies.

·          In case of any natural calamity (floods, heavy rains, earthquake, etc) or national emergency (strike, bandh etc) we reserve the right to either cancel or reschedule the delivery.

·          The images displayed on the site are just samples; the actual product may vary in shape, color or design as per the availability.

In case of non availability of the ordered items, we will first try to inform the customer and suggest alternatives; however if we fail to get in touch, we, reserve the right to substitute the flowers, change the flower color and other products with equal or higher value. * Please read our complete Substitution Policy


Soon after the courier order is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to trace your order. *Standard delivery and brand disclaimers apply. 

For International Courier Deliveries we ship the order carefully packed to the warehouse of our partners. Once the parcels are shipped, you will receive a tracking code to help trace the order. 

Please make sure you provide the correct address, contact number, customer details and Pin code to avoid cancellation or failure of delivery.  There may be a delay due to holidays and strikes, however the order once dispatched from our end would be a responsibility of Courier Company and delivery would take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
